Introduction
This document establishes the terms and conditions ("Terms") for participating in FlipETH, an on-chain coin flip game on the Ethereum network ("Game"). These Terms govern the legal relationship between you, the user ("User" or "you") and the entity managing the Game ("Company", "we", "us"). By engaging in the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have the full capacity to agree to these Terms.
Description of the Game
FlipETH is a chance-based gambling event, operated on the Ethereum blockchain, where participants wager a specified amount of Ether on the outcome of a virtual coin flip.
User Obligations
4.1 You must have a compatible Ethereum wallet to participate in the Game
4.2 You are responsible for any transaction fees required by the Ethereum network.
4.3 You are solely responsible for your decisions to participate in the Game and you accept all risks associated with such decisions.
Game Rules
5.1. The outcome of each coin flip is randomly generated and verified on-chain.
5.2. Winning results will yield the return of the wagered Ether, minus a small processing fee.
5.3. Losses result in the forfeiture of the wagered Ether.
Risk Disclosure
You acknowledge and understand that participating in the Game involves a high degree of risk, including the risk of loss of all wagered Ether, and is only suitable for persons who can afford to sustain such loss.
Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise specified, all rights in the Game and its contents are owned by us.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage (direct or indirect) incurred by you as a result of your participation in the Game.
Data Privacy
We do not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information from the participants in the Game.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. By continuing to participate in the Game, you agree to be bound by any such modifications.
